Day-of Coordination

• Unlimited phone calls, emails throughout planning process
• Communicate with all vendors for arrival/departure times and quantities
• May attend/lead rehearsal
• Provide wedding day “emergency kit”
• Up to 16 hours of onsite service
• Oversee and help with set-up & take-down
• Detailed day-of schedule, ceremony, reception schedules to distribute
• Placement of any personal/DIY items not created by vendors
• Keep “wedding crew” and their responsibilities on task
• Work with emcee/DJ on good flow for all ceremony/reception activities
• Ensure safety and delivery of DIY projects, gifts, guest books.
• Attend up to 2 meetings with emcee for planning
